NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate as much notice as possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Any changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, including same-day requests, will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the full service fee being charged.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Reservation of Time
All services, consultations, and sessions are reserved exclusively for each client. When an appointment is booked, that time is held specifically for you and cannot be reassigned on short notice.
Payment Authorization & Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You understand and accept the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy outlined above.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for any applicable late cancellations or missed appointments.
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for charges that are consistent with this policy.
